Team Away Day - New Forest
12 degrees working on behalf of a large accountancy firm ran a day of outdoor activities for 40-50 PAX in the New Forest. The event was run in November and the brief was to ensure everyone had some fun!
The teams were set a series of inter - team challenges, which required effective team work with the aim of accumulating as much money as possible.
Each challenge, required a different set of skills and tested teams:
- Belief
- Logic
- Resourcefulness
- Co-ordination
- Trust
For the more adventurous team members there were Low ropes, High Ropes and Challenge assault courses.
Following lunch the teams then bid in an auction for lots. Each lot had equipment to build a raft. Teams then needed to construct a raft capable of getting each team member your team around the marker buoy.
The Team with the largest earnings left at the end of the day was declared the winner.
