Team Away day Exeter

12 degrees organised a Puzzle Trail team development day for Land Securities, a quoted property company. The event was held on Dartmoor for 60 members of Land Securities in-house Project Management Team.

After days of rain, the sun shined on a stunning location where a number of different puzzles and tasks were undertaken including abseiling, rock climbing and mountain biking for the more adventurous guests. A late lunch was held at a local restaurant.

The puzzle trail is designed for all ages and levels of fitness levels and allows and more active team members to complete the more active elements of the puzzle.

The puzzles comprise of practical puzzles to solve, team tasks, verbal and logic challenges. There will be mountain biking but it is not compulsory and we suggest choosing 4 team members to undertake each task. If the team does not wish to participate they can play their joker and opt out of the activity.

There will be 6 teams of 8 guests which will each be given a map and have a series of puzzles to complete around Bournemouth’s land marks. 25 minutes has been allocated for each task with a 10 minute break between each. All the activities will take place in a location to be confirmed.
