Tall Ship / Team Experience

If you are looking to stretch you team in an alien environment then this could be a programme which meets your needs.

Sailing onboard a tall ship will test individuals:

  • Physical strength
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to delegate
  • Team work

In order to sail the ship effectively the team memebrs will need to collaborate work together and place trust in each other to succeed.

Teams will carry out/ learn the following tasks:

  • Sail the ship
  • Participate in all aspects of life on board
  • Navigate
  • Steer the ship
  • Climb the rigging
  • Set the sails
  • Prepare meals for all on board
  • Eventually take control of the ship

This programme works effectively for groups of up to 35 passengers sleeping onboard if you are seeking an event in the day we have ships which can cater from 20 -120 passengers..
