A unique opportunity for the corporate world to experience the Novelli Academy, cookery school, Internationally rated as one of the top schools in the world. The academy is run by the multi-Michelin starred and award winning chef, Jean-Christophe Novelli at his Herefordshire Farmhouse.

You can expect an entertaining adventure being personally taught by Jean-Christophe. He will guide you through some of his sumptuous signature dishes. Including all aspects of preparation, cooking and tasting! You will also learn to match up the right wine for each course.

To boost your teams enthusiasm why not introduce some light hearted competition between teams, or alternatively reward them with a relaxing group lesson where they can all come together to taste the fruits of their labour.
