Summit To Sea

The Lyngen Alps are a unique chain of mountains and islands that rise and fall directly into fjords that link into the Norwegian ocean. The skiing terrain is unique and exotic as you ski directly from summits down wide slopes to finish your last turns directly on the beach.

As there are no chair lifts or resort infrastructure of any kind in Lyngen skiing will be in "ski touring style" Guiding groups are for 6-8 guests.

There are 2 recommended skiing options available:

• Down hill skiers or snow boarders with off piste experience
• Non skiers or skiers with limited off piste experience

A typical Day:

• After breakfast the guides will brief their guests on the plan for the day‘s skiing
• Each group will then be transported via the lodge‘s high powered boat to the mountains and islands for theday‘s adventure.
• After the day on the mountain the guests will be collected via boat and transported back to the lodge for tea, relaxing and evening meal.
