Founder & Director

12 degrees was established in May 2006 by Jen Dixon. Jen has vast experience in the events industry and provides a bespoke personal service.

Jen‘s experience and knowledge of the industry has been established over a number of years running a variety of Corporate Events including Conferences, Corporate Marine Events and Corporate Hospitality.

A commercially endorsed Yacht master she has accumulated in excess of 60,000 NM and has trained many of the Global Challenge Yacht crews.

Prior to establishing 12 degrees, she ran the Marine Division of another Event Management Company and her prior career within the commercial property sector has enabled the application of corporate knowledge to the Events sector.

Jen is adept at working with her clients, developing their brief and devising creative Event Solutions.
