What size are your events typically? 12 degrees run events for groups from 5 to 1000 people.

Do our guests need to have additional insurance? This depends upon the activity. 12 degrees and their suppliers have the necessary legislative insurance in place and can advise when additional personal insurance may be required.

If you are running a company event you may also want to contact your own legal department for further advise.

I am a diabetic is there anywhere to keep my medication at the right temperature? All medical / dietary requirements are considered on a case by case basis. We always try to accommodate any specific requirements.

I am pregnant can I still participate? Other medical conditions/ allergies? This will depend upon the activity and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

I have a 15 year old son can he attend? As above

What happens if my train is late? Within your joining instructions you will be given a contact number to call. Our Event Manager will ensure that you are met and that you join the rest of your party as soon as possible.

Where do I park and what should I bring? Prior to your event you will be sent comprehensive joining instructions providing all the information you will need.
