Culinary Team Building Events

Culinary Team Building events are a great way to get your team together and do something a little different.

12 degrees Culinary Experiences include:

Ready, Steady, Lets Cook from 40 to 300 people ** Teams prep, cook and enjoy a fabulously adventurous 6 course meal together! Everyone is involved in the design, preparation, cooking, serving and most importantly, the eating of the meal.

The ‘C’ Word from 10 to 40 people ** Working as a team, you get to prepare, enjoy and celebrate a 3 - 4 course gourmet meal. Through the use of food preparation, your team will experience itself realizing their high potentials and understand themselves better collectively as a team.

Canapé Challenge from 12 – 1000 people * Team are required to purchase ingredients, be creative, and design canapés fit for a celebrity party. Time management is of great importance as they only have one hour to complete the challenge. Working together the team will create their canapés for finalpresentation and judging.

Wok U Waiting 4 from 30 to 100 People ** Everyone’s involved in the food preparation which is all finely sliced and chopped. The teams will prepare superb Chinese dishes. Co-ordinating with each other is essential so that all the food is finished at the same time.

Sushi from 10 – 1000 people * Here the group work in teams around the task that is set over a 2/2.5 hour session. During this time they will receive expert tuition in the different formats of sushi making and will themselves have to produce a range of sushi for the presentation at the end of the session.

* Event can be run in a meeting room
