Chocolate Weekend

12 degrees can offer weekends of pure indulgence, surrounded by Chocolate in a Boutique hotel in Bournemouth, perfect for a romantic weekend away or Hen weekend. Ideally situated on Bournemouth’s very popular West Cliff it’s a 5 minute walk from the centre of Bournemouth, the BIC and Bournemouth's award winning beaches.

A typical Chocolate Weekend itinerary includes:

Friday

  • Check in, Welcomed by a chocolate fountain on reception
  • 7.00-8.00 pm - Welcome drinks party 7 - 8pm.

Saturday

  • 8.30 Friday Breakfast Saturday
  • 11.00 -13.00 match the chocolate with various wine and spirits & Chocolate Portrait Painting where you get to paint your own portrait in chocolate.
  • 1.00 -Lunch - Sandwiches and snacks will be served in the main bar.
  • 14.30 A 2 hr workshop where you will make hand made Belgian truffles - 30-40 chocolates each.
  • 18.30 The bar will be open for chocolate cocktails and of course other drinks.

Sunday

  • 8.30 - 9.30 Breakfast
  • 11am A demonstration & practical worskop on making the perfect molded chocolates as seen in the shops- variety of fillings (60 -70 chocolates each)
  • 1.30 - Lunch will be served
  • 2.00pm - All the chocolates will be ready to remove from the molds and package
  • 2.30ish - departure

Cost £299.00 per person based on 2 sharing (Single supplement £50.00)

Accomodation: 13 chocolaty rooms - up to 25 guests a night
