Conference & Incentive - Europe

12 Degrees organised the 2007 Offsite Conference for Macquarie Global Property Advisors (MGPA). The event catered for some 140 staff from their European and Asian offices.

The 4 day event included:

  • A central meeting for all delegates
  • Cruise to Aegina a Greek Island
  • Guest speaker
  • Mini-Olympics run on the beach
  • Off-site dinners including Gala Dinner at the Byzantine Estate
  • Optional activities including a cultural tour, golf, spa and yacht regatta

12 Degrees worked with MGPA to achieve their objectives for the event and managed all of the pre-event and on site organisation including:

  • Sourcing and booking Hotel accommodation
  • Arranging and personally overseeing delegate transfers
  • Organising all activities, excursions and on & off site catering

The program was developed and managed by 12 degrees to work within the Client’s budget and was constantly under review throughout the programme.
