





Terms & Conditions
Please note that we us and our, are references to 12 Degrees Ltd and guests refers to those booking and receiving the product or taking part in an activity, event or experience. Product refers to a product, event, activity or experience.
1. Bookings
As soon as we receive your booking instructions either by fax, letter or email this will be treated as confirmed by you.
2. Payment of Amounts Due
Payment is due as stated on the details on each individual booking form if payment is not received within the times we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
4. Pricing Policy
Prices quoted to you at the time of your enquiry are correct to the best of our knowledge at that time. In the event that a price does change we will contact you as soon as possible.
5. Website Descriptions and Quotes
All website descriptions and quotes are made in good faith and every reasonable care is taken to ensure their accuracy. We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in our website descriptions and quotes at any time.
6. Changes and Cancellations by us
Whilst we always endeavour to avoid changes and cancellations, there may be times for reasons beyond our control for example weather or mechanical breakdown, we may have to do so. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, we are unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled product and that alternatives may only be available at an additional charge to you.
7. Changes and Cancellations by you
If you wish to change your booking in any way we will try to comply with your requests but we cannot guarantee that changes can always be made.
8. Refunds
Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the product and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. Dated events will require a minimum of 30 days before the event takes place to be considered for a refund or exchange.
9. Our liability
Whilst we have taken great care in choosing the suppliers who are providing the products, our agreement with you and the service we provide for you is to source and book the product(s). We therefore have no responsibility for the provision of the actual product(s) themselves or for the acts or omissions of the suppliers or any of their employees, agents, suppliers or subcontractors.
10. Insurance
It is your responsibility to ensure that all guests have adequate and appropriate insurance which is suitable for their particular requirements and the products including any hazardous activities.
11. Behaviour
We or any person in authority representing our supplier can terminate your product if your behaviour or that of any guest(s) is in the reasonable opinion of ourselves or any person in authority to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other customers, other guests, employees, property or anyone else or if any guest(s) is or appears to be unfit to travel or participate in the product.
12. Health
Some of the events or activities you may book may require a good level of fitness, strength and endurance. It is your responsibility to ensure that all those taking part have the appropriate level of fitness required.
13. Complaints procedure
Should you be unhappy with any element of your product on the day you should notify the supplier concerned immediately. If the problem still cannot be resolved, you should contact us as soon as possible to enable us to assist and at least within 7 days in writing after the event.
14. Terms and Conditions of Suppliers
Many of the services which make up your booking are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you. Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available on request from us or the supplier concerned.

16. VAT & Currency
All prices quoted on this website are in pounds sterling and where VAT applies, as detailed on the price of each product, it has been applied at the rate on the day of purchase. A VAT invoice can be provided on request.
17. Rights of Third Parties
We both hereby exclude any rights that any other party may have in relation to this Agreement under
the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
18. Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and all matters arising out of it shall be construed and governed according to English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
